Nicole McGowan is a phenomenal human being and realtor! She was the agent responsible for selling my Mom's home and she did an outstanding job as she handled the sale with tenacity , professionalism , and efficiency. Even though she had many obstacles to over come, everything from one seller living on the other side of the country, to being a double agent as the buyers didn't have an agent because they too were out of state. That's alone was impressive because a good agent always looks out for the best interest of their client but in this case her client was both the seller and the buyer ! She did a fantastic job juggling the two with fairness and absolute grace. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and I will be calling upon her in the near future for my own home !

I had expected a lengthy difficult transaction, because I live about 5,000 miles from the property. But I was surprised by how friendly and efficient Nicole was, from the scary initial cold call to the ease of signing the closing documents. Nicole's professionalism and efficiency turned a long distance complex real estate transaction into a simple and smooth electronic paperwork transaction. In fact the hardest part of the entire process was waiting for the notary to sign the closing documents.

Although I didn’t use Nicole as my buying agent when I purchased my home, I truly wish I had. She gave me advice throughout the process that ended up being incredibly valuable — more so than what I got from the agent I was actually working with. For example, she mentioned how important it is to have the water turned on during an inspection, which unfortunately wasn’t done in my case. After closing, I discovered major plumbing issues that could’ve been avoided if I’d followed her advice or had someone as thorough and detail-oriented as she is.
