The Challenge
My sellers owned 4.4 wooded acres in the Mossy Head area of DeFuniak Springs, but they lived in Hawaii, about 5,000 miles away.
They needed someone here they could trust to handle the sale from start to finish.

What We Did
The sellers mentioned there were goats nearby, so I gave the listing a name buyers would remember: Goat Hill Haven.
I marketed it as beautifully wooded, buildable land a short drive from Lake DeFuniak, with aerial photos and a video. Because of the time difference, we kept in touch by email and text.

The Result
Listed on August 19 and under contract on August 26, just 7 days later.
We closed on September 4 at $90,000, and my sellers stayed in Hawaii the whole time.
